“If I had to title this review, it would be the ultimate dealer experience! I shopped everywhere in town before finally going to Motorsportsland. Almost all of the other dealerships I went to had very little interest in helping me because of my low budget. My sales person, Jeremy took the time to listen to my needs and help me find exactly what I wanted and needed. He was not pushy at all, he just listened to me and then found exactly what I was looking for. The sales manager, Scott was also fantastic! He helped me work out the details I needed so we could make it happen. After I got the trailer home, I noticed a few things that were not right. Because it was a used trailer, I didn’t expect a lot of help from them… Boy was I wrong! They took care of me, helped me to get the problems corrected. Spencer, the service manager was absolutely wonderful to work with. They took the time not only to help me get the problems corrected, but to educate me more on the trailer and what I needed to do to have it last and perform better than I had hoped. I cannot speak highly enough of this team. In addition to everyone else, the parts department was awesome — everybody from the manager, Bart to Amanda and Randy who have helped me over the last couple of weeks to find the things that I needed have been fantastic! I cannot imagine a better experience working with a dealership. Thank you to the whole team at Motorsportsland, you guys are awesome!”

“I recently brought my 2015 A-LINER to Motor Sportsland for some well-deserved repairs and maintenance. As Service agent Colton and I reviewed my list, he suggested a few things that I'd overlooked. One was wheel bearings. Never serviced. Though it added cost I was happy he suggested it. We added it to the list. The major repair was fixing the folding door side panel. It had pulled away from the main body. I was nervous about the quality of the fix. It needed beefed up. I asked Colton to send me images of the fix in progress and he did. I'd suggested something and the Service tech, Joshua, went beyond my expectations. His fix is how the thing should have been built in the first place! When I picked it up yesterday, Joshua informed me of a few other things he'd done. I was greatly pleased as I have few trailer maintenance skills. All in all, the Service Department at Motor Sportsland has my respect and loyalty. In my book, it's Service Departments that create sales — whether that's auto, computer or my rolling 2nd home! “Great service department at a much needed time. Colton listened to our RV issues and immediately fit us into the repair schedule, which was important as we were on a road trip. He frequently updated us on progress, including work needed, cost estimate, and expected completion time. He continually responded to our questions about repair issues and next steps. He also called the technician, Josh, when we remembered a new issue. Colton provided wonderful service. All the work was done on a timely basis. Josh was great at troubleshooting and fixing the root causes of issues, even if the work was more complicated. For example, he located the true source of water leaks and was the first person out of a couple of RV stops to identify and fix issues with our solar power system. Thanks again.”

“Good people here. I have a mobile RV repair business and these guys (Amanda and Burt) have been amazing to work with and help me find the parts I need. I decided to purchase a camp trailer from them because of the good experience I have had. After I had made my purchase, I had some concerns about it. Scott in sales jumped right on it for me and is willing to do whatever needed to make it right.
